Programme Associate

About the role

This Programme Associate role supports the planning, execution, coordination and documentation of organizational initiatives and field operations. It involves close collaboration with program teams, external partners and community representatives to ensure effective service delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the execution of program activities in line with workplans and take part in field visits, community engagements, workshops and training sessions.
• Manage communication and coordination with local stakeholders and implementing partners.
• Maintain accurate program records, attendance logs and activity documentation.
• Assist in drafting activity reports and give regular program status updates.
• Monitor program deliverables against scheduled timelines.
• Help manage beneficiary registration and verification.
• Support procurement and logistics for program events.
• Take part in program performance planning and review meetings and carry out other program tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Proven ability to support the implementation of complex programs and workplans.
• Experience coordinating with diverse groups, including community members and partners.
• Strong organizational skills for keeping records and documentation.
• Competence in report writing and tracking project timelines.
• Ability to help with logistical and procurement activities and flexibility to perform varied duties as assigned.
