Production Assistant

About the role

The Production Assistant will support the garment manufacturing team at Foteino Talento, ensuring that each piece meets design specifications and quality standards. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, sewing, finishing, and other garment production activities.
• Interpret design specifications and translate them into production tasks.
• Handle fabrics and materials efficiently to minimise waste.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily output targets.
• Report production issues and contribute to workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Fashion Design, Garment Production, Textile Technology, or related field (or equivalent vocational training).
• 1–3 years of experience in garment production or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time‑management abilities.
