Product Marketing and Advertising Executive

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Product Marketing and Advertising Executive to lead both organic and paid growth initiatives for our 3D printing hardware, CAD/CAM software subscriptions, and training services. Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will shape audience strategies, optimise ad spend across multiple platforms, and create compelling content that showcases our end‑to‑end "idea‑to‑impact" workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic content strategy on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube, including tutorials, case studies and product showcases.
• Plan, launch and optimise B2B and B2C paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Bing and LinkedIn, using Advantage+ Shopping and lead‑generation tactics.
• Manage retargeting, catalogue health, pixel and CAPI infrastructure, and conduct A/B testing of creative assets and landing pages.
• Analyse performance metrics to drive blended Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and generate qualified inbound leads.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with hardware sales, software licensing and training enrolments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B/B2C e‑commerce, performance marketing or demand generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of improving ROAS.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating educational and promotional content.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment.
