Digital Communications Officer

About the role

Septa Software is seeking a Digital Communications Officer to lead its social media presence across multiple platforms. You will craft and execute strategies that align with business goals, driving brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and oversee all company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and manage social media calendars and posting schedules.
• Create engaging, high‑quality content such as videos, captions, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all published content aligns with company branding and communication standards.
• Execute paid and organic social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
• Optimize campaigns based on analytics and audience behavior.
• Support marketing initiatives, product launches, promotions, and company events through social media campaigns.
