Product Manager – Offline Lending

About the role

Renmoney is scaling its Offline Lending business across Nigeria and needs a hands‑on Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end product journey—from acquisition and loan origination to repayment, collections, and portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the Offline Lending product, including eligibility, pricing, limits, tenor and approval processes.
• Drive customer acquisition through branches, field teams, agents and other offline channels.
• Increase portfolio growth while maintaining healthy PAR, NPL, default and profitability metrics.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Operations, Collections, Data, Engineering and Commercial teams.
• Leverage data to improve approval rates, turnaround time, repayment, repeat lending and unit economics.
• Identify and execute opportunities to scale the lending portfolio nationwide.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Strong background in Nigerian lending products, especially offline/branch‑led lending.
• Deep understanding of credit assessment, underwriting, loan origination, repayment and collections.
• Experience with portfolio management metrics such as PAR, NPL, default, yield and loss rates.
• Fintech, MFB, banking or consumer‑finance experience.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.
