Procurement, Materials and Logistics Manager

About the role

Halliburton is looking for a Procurement, Materials and Logistics manager to oversee these activities within a manufacturing centre, country or chosen location. The role works under broad direction to meet business and customer needs, and carries budgetary accountability or a direct impact on a revenue centre's viability or service quality. It is a full-time position in the Supply Chain Management product service line.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Procurement, Materials and Logistics activities so they meet business and customer needs.
• Establish the supply base and manage the procurement, materials and logistics process for optimal results.
• Implement strategic sourcing together with the Category Management group to support country needs, manufacturing production schedules and customer deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal control requirements.
• Manage employee and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Typically an undergraduate degree in a technical, business or similar discipline and at least five years of related experience.
• A graduate degree and APICS, CPM or CPIS certification are preferred.
