Private Chef for Executive Residence

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead the culinary operations in the private residence of the Managing Director. The role involves creating high‑quality continental and international meals while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve continental and international dishes for daily meals and special occasions.
• Develop and maintain a varied menu tailored to the Managing Director’s preferences and dietary requirements.
• Ensure strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Manage kitchen inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and control portion sizes to minimise waste.
• Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of professional culinary experience in a five‑star hotel, top‑class restaurant, luxury residence, or similar high‑standard environment.
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Private Chef, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef.
• Professional culinary training or relevant qualification is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism within a private household.
