About the role
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our early years team in Lagos. You will create a safe, stimulating environment that follows the EYFS curriculum and incorporates Montessori principles.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons aligned with EYFS.
- Apply Montessori methods, using hands‑on materials and encouraging independent learning.
- Observe, assess and record each child’s progress, preparing termly reports.
- Maintain a clean, well‑resourced classroom with attractive displays.
- Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues and school management.
Required profile
- EYFS qualification or equivalent early years teaching certification (required).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching preschool or early years children.
- NCE in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
Required skills
- Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
- Good observation, planning and record‑keeping skills.
