Platform Support Associate

About the role

Directwrites Technologies is seeking a Platform Support Associate to own the day‑to‑day operations of its live sports‑fantasy and gamification platform. The role ensures platform availability, manages releases, resolves user issues and serves as the first line of response for any incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor platform availability and performance, identifying issues before they affect users.
• Manage deployments, updates and releases through GitHub and AWS, and verify each release once live.
• Make minor code and content updates in a JavaScript/TypeScript codebase to resolve issues.
• Process user withdrawal requests, approve disbursements and respond to customer enquiries.
• Test new features and fixes, document changes, incidents and recurring processes.

Required profile

• Ability to work within an existing JavaScript and TypeScript codebase and make small, contained changes.
• Experience deploying to a live environment using Git and GitHub.
• Capability to query the database directly to investigate user accounts and transactions.
• Clear, professional written English for daily customer correspondence.
• Based in Lagos with reliable internet and power for remote work.
