Operation Manager

About the role

Stride Recruitment Limited is hiring a full-time Operation Manager based in Lagos, Marina. The role oversees and coordinates the company's daily operations, supervises staff and ensures that departmental targets and business objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities and supervise staff so that assigned duties are performed effectively.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and strategies, and set operational targets.
• Monitor staff productivity and departmental targets, and coordinate activities across departments to improve teamwork and efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions, and evaluate performance to recommend improvements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management and monitor resources, expenses and costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
• Support management in planning, decision-making and business development, and monitor customer service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on departmental assignments and outstanding tasks, and ensure staff maintain discipline, punctuality, accountability and professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations management or a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, make decisions and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• Staff management and good decision-making abilities.
