Offshore Logistics Superintendent – Ghana

About the role

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking an Offshore Logistics Superintendent to lead logistics operations supporting drilling, completions, and well‑intervention activities offshore in Ghana. The role ensures the safe, timely, and cost‑effective movement of personnel, materials, and equipment to offshore assets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise offshore logistics for drilling, completions and well‑intervention campaigns.
• Manage mobilization and demobilization of drilling materials, tubulars, chemicals, tools and equipment.
• Coordinate marine and aviation logistics, including vessels, helicopters and personnel transport.
• Ensure availability of OCTG, drilling fluids, cementing materials, completion equipment and other consumables.
• Liaise with drilling, completions, marine, procurement and warehouse teams to meet operational needs.
• Enforce strict HSE compliance and safe cargo handling, lifting and transportation practices.
• Maintain compliance with local and international maritime and aviation regulations.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of offshore drilling and completions logistics.
• Proven experience in marine and aviation logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise complex logistics operations.
