Multiple Oil & Gas Positions – HR, Cashier, Supervisor, Manager

About the role

Nepal Energies Limited, a leading player in the downstream, midstream and upstream oil and gas sector, is expanding its operations across Nigeria. We are seeking qualified candidates for a range of positions including HR Administration, HR Officer, Station Cashier, Station Supervisor and Station Manager.

Key responsibilities

• HR Admin Officer – maintain employee records, support recruitment processes and handle administrative tasks.
• HR Officer – manage employee relations, assist with performance management and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Station Cashier – receive and disburse cash, prepare daily cash reports and ensure accurate transaction handling.
• Station Supervisor – oversee daily station activities, coordinate staff schedules and monitor service quality.
• Station Manager – lead overall station operations, manage inventory, ensure safety standards and drive performance targets.

Required profile

• Relevant secondary or tertiary education depending on the role.
• Demonstrated experience in similar positions within the oil & gas or retail sector.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
