About the role
The Market Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with wholesalers and distributors across Lagos and surrounding regions. This full‑time, field‑based role focuses on promoting our mosquito‑coil brands and gathering market intelligence to support sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Visit wholesale markets and distributors regularly to nurture relationships.
- Survey competitor activity, pricing, stock levels and promotional actions.
- Collect and compile local market dynamics, demand trends and channel feedback.
- Liaise with wholesalers and retailers to promote mosquito‑coil brands (ON‑TIME, Care me, MosKill).
- Submit accurate and timely market reports as scheduled.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability (part‑time not considered).
- At least 1 year of proven field marketing or sales experience in FMCG, household or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with major markets in Lagos, Ogun State and surrounding areas such as Ibadan.
- Ability to travel independently for regular field visits.
- Fluent in English; Yoruba or Igbo proficiency is an advantage.
- Honest, dependable and able to report market information accurately.
