Logistics Executive

About the role

Stride Recruitment Limited is hiring a Logistics Executive in Lagos (Marina) to support daily logistics and transportation operations. The role covers coordination of inventory movement, deliveries and dispatch, fleet scheduling and liaison with warehouse teams, drivers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and transportation operations and coordinate inventory movement, deliveries and dispatch activities.
• Assist with fleet scheduling and logistics documentation, and organise delivery schedules and efficient routes to minimise delays.
• Monitor loading and unloading to ensure safe handling of goods, and assist in coordinating warehouse storage, handling and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare operational reports and submit regular reports on deliveries, transportation activities and challenges to management.
• Liaise with warehouse teams, drivers, vendors and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve issues such as delayed shipments, damaged goods and delivery discrepancies.

Required profile

• A minimum of 3 years of experience.
• A minimum of an HND in a related field.
