International Marketing Manager

About the role

The International Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Marketing Director to build and launch a brand from the ground up in overseas markets. This role drives brand positioning, visual identity, and market entry strategies while overseeing all digital and PR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create brand strategy, positioning, core values, visual identity and market access plans.
• Manage daily operations of global social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and regional niche channels.
• Develop content calendars, produce short videos, live streams, and oversee publishing and promotion.
• Lead PR campaigns: write press releases, coordinate with media, KOLs and partners, and monitor impact.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, competitors and consumer behavior, and produce analytical reports.
• Plan, execute and evaluate full‑cycle marketing campaigns (product launches, promotions, events).
• Collaborate with sales, product and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, International Trade or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, including full‑cycle brand development from 0 to 1.
• Experience in overseas market operations, preferably Africa or the Middle East.
