Intermediate UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate UI Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves translating business requirements into user‑centric interfaces while adhering to enterprise design standards and accessibility guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI specifications, user flows, and design artefacts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional needs.
• Apply responsive design principles and work with front‑end frameworks to create scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with usability, accessibility and secure design standards.
• Document design decisions and follow governance processes for hand‑over to development teams.

Required profile

• 7–15+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise‑scale digital environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under defined timelines and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with UI/UX design tools and design systems.
• Experience in responsive design and front‑end frameworks.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility, scalability and secure design considerations.
• Understanding of enterprise design governance standards.
