Implementation Officer (Lagos)

About the role

Moniepoint is looking for an Implementation Officer to guide new retail customers through the adoption of the Moniebook POS system. Working in a hybrid mode across Lagos, you will act as the primary point of contact during the first 30‑60 days, ensuring merchants become confident, active users of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored onboarding plans that move customers from sign‑up to full operational use.
• Configure Moniebook POS devices and software to match each retailer’s workflow.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—both one‑on‑one and group—to retail staff.
• Monitor usage data, transaction volume and feature adoption to track progress and intervene when needed.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure smooth hand‑offs and long‑term customer success.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and POS environments.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Analytical mindset to track adoption metrics and drive improvements.
