About the role

Romat Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join its hybrid team. This full‑time position combines on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility and offers commission‑based remuneration. You will help promote the company’s diverse services across transportation, agriculture, and energy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for Romat’s subsidiaries.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
• Create compelling marketing content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media channels and engage with audiences to build brand awareness.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, preparing reports to guide strategic decisions.
• Acquire new clients and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in transportation, agriculture, or energy sectors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Strong creativity, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
