About the role
The Hub Manager leads the front‑line team responsible for launching new hubs/shops and driving them toward profitability in Ebonyi State. This role combines an entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational oversight to grow active customers and ensure sustainable revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Support hub growth by acquiring an average of 130 active customers per hub.
- Conduct door‑to‑door sales with team members (Jaza stars) to meet customer targets.
- Manage customer retention, membership renewals, and transition customers from pay‑per‑swap to membership models to achieve ~1M NGN monthly recurring revenue and >$2.8 ARPU.
- Own hub profitability, ensuring compliance with loss and missing pack metrics.
- Coach Jaza stars on sales techniques, customer service, and inventory management.
- Recruit, interview, train, and onboard new Jaza stars.
- Participate in hyper‑care meetings, provide action plans, and flag growth obstacles.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship, or similar.
- Proven leadership experience managing or training teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data‑driven decision‑making ability.
