About the role
Stride Recruitment Limited is hiring a full-time HR Manager based in Lagos, Marina. The role covers recruitment support, employee onboarding, performance management and day-to-day HR administration.
Key responsibilities
- Advertise job vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews and help select qualified candidates.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and make sure all required documents are submitted and filed correctly.
- Develop and monitor employee KPIs, track performance and carry out probationary and periodic performance reviews.
- Address staff concerns, promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and prepare HR reports on recruitment, attendance, performance and staff documentation.
Required profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of an OND in a related field.
