Head of Sales

About the role

The company is seeking a senior sales leader to develop and execute its overall sales strategy, drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales will own targets, forecasts and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
• Own the company's sales targets, forecasts, and commercial performance, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
• Set, monitor, and cascade annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales targets across the sales team.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and performance‑manage the Sales Manager and broader sales team to consistently exceed business objectives.
• Drive customer acquisition through strategic partnerships, corporate sales, channel development, and other revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, KPIs, and CRM data to improve productivity and sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other business units to maximise lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare executive sales reports and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
