Group Performance Manager

About the role

The Group Performance Manager will lead the execution, governance and continuous improvement of CapitalSage Holdings' Performance Management Framework across all subsidiaries. This senior role ensures that performance processes—from goal setting to final outcomes—are objective, transparent and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the Group Performance Management Framework, ensuring consistent application across businesses and timely completion of each performance cycle.
• Coordinate the cascading of group and business objectives into departmental and individual KPIs, reviewing them for clarity, relevance and measurability.
• Manage quarterly, mid‑year and annual performance review cycles, facilitating calibration, moderation and resolution of review appeals.
• Provide senior management with meaningful performance insights to inform talent, reward, development and succession decisions.
• Identify gaps in the framework, recommend improvements and maintain accurate documentation of the performance process.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 7 years of experience in performance management, HR or related fields.
• Proven ability to work across multiple subsidiaries and functions, influencing senior leaders and managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering objective, evidence‑based performance assessments.
• Excellent communication skills to guide stakeholders through goal setting, reviews and calibration.
