About the role
We are looking for a General Manager to lead Taptap Send’s operations in Nigeria. The GM will own the country’s profit and loss, drive user acquisition, and position the service as the top remittance solution for Nigerians both locally and abroad.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy and launch plan for sending and receiving markets in Nigeria.
- Lead a local growth team, setting timelines and ensuring collaborative delivery.
- Manage all growth levers – customer acquisition, retention, pricing, user research, product quality and customer experience.
- Report progress, insights and resource needs to the executive leadership team.
- Represent Taptap Send as the public face for the Nigerian market.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience leading growth initiatives with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong track record of building and coaching high‑performing teams.
- Entrepreneurial “own it” mindset with a focus on both user experience and scalable processes.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, pricing and research teams.
