Front Desk Representative

About the role

The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience from arrival to departure. This role supports the Sales/Experience team by managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining the reception area in a high‑end construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a polished manner.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including calls, appointments, and visitor records.
• Coordinate client visits, showroom appointments, and internal meetings.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate team and provide follow‑up support.
• Maintain the presentation and orderliness of the reception and experience space.
• Assist with administrative tasks and client follow‑ups for the Sales/Experience team.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Female, presentable, confident, and well‑spoken.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, interior design, architecture, or similar client‑facing environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional under pressure.
• Proximity to Victoria Island is a plus.
