Front Desk Representative

About the role

The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for customers at I-Shine Drycleaning Service. You will manage reception activities, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth laundry operations while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, greet customers and address inquiries.
• Supervise laundry intake, processing, and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and perform daily financial reconciliations.
• Achieve daily targets for customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic reception area.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in laundry operations or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of garment care, fabric types, and laundry processes.
• Preference given to applicants residing in Oko‑Oba, Agege, or surrounding areas.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 am – 6 pm.
