Farm Manager – Feed Production & Aquaculture

About the role

The Farm Manager will oversee daily operations of an emerging farm located in the Dawaki Axis of Abuja. The role focuses on feed production, aquaculture, and dog farming, ensuring high‑quality output and efficient resource use.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of farm production, including catfish and dog rearing, spawning, grading, and harvesting.
• Supervise staff, schedule work shifts, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor feed formulation, inventory, and distribution to optimize animal growth.
• Track key performance indicators and implement improvements to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to secure inputs and market outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in farm management, preferably in feed production, fish, or dog farming.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage farm resources effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
