About the role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a private family office in Lekki. The role combines strategic partnership, operational coordination, and high‑level administrative oversight across multiple ventures.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence handling and preparation of presentations, reports and briefing materials.
- Drive planning, coordination and execution of special projects across the portfolio, including real‑estate initiatives and operational support for ventures such as the Zion Store.
- Manage complex local and international travel itineraries and organise bespoke private and corporate events, overseeing budgets, timelines, vendors and guest hospitality.
- Conduct business research, analysis and monitor action items to support strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Communications or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Operations or Project Coordination professional.
- Experience in a family office, financial institution, investment firm or high‑performance executive environment is preferred.
Required skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High proficiency with Google Workspace and related productivity tools.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience (N500,000 per month).
