Executive Assistant – Personal Brand & Creative Support

About the role

The Executive Assistant will support a senior executive who manages a personal brand in the entertainment, events and sport sector. This role blends traditional executive support with creative project coordination and brand development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and daily priorities.
• Conduct research and prepare briefs, reports, presentations and other relevant documents.
• Assist in content planning, brand initiatives, campaigns and creative projects.
• Generate ideas to grow the personal brand and online presence.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, social media teams and other creatives.
• Provide basic support for video editing, graphic design and content creation when needed.
• Track project timelines, deadlines, collaborations, events and brand opportunities.
• Monitor industry, audience and social media trends to identify new opportunities.
• Handle confidential information and communicate professionally on behalf of the executive.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Brand/Content Coordinator or a similar role.
• Experience supporting a personal brand, creator, influencer, media personality, coach, entrepreneur or other creative professional is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of personal branding, social media and content strategy.
• Excellent organization, communication, research and time‑management skills.
• Creative thinker who can propose ideas, not just execute instructions.
• Proactive, resource‑rich, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
