DevOps and Automation Engineer

About the role

YNV Group is looking for a DevOps and Automation Engineer to join its Digital Technology Services team. You will support cloud operations, drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and mentor junior engineers. Working with architects, developers and security teams, you will help deliver cloud transformation projects while keeping performance, reliability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, and automate workflows with development, QA and operations teams
• Apply DevSecOps practices, including security checks and Microsoft Defender for Cloud integration
• Implement DevOps practices in hybrid and cloud environments, contribute to infrastructure as code with Terraform or Ansible, and set up RBAC and Key Vault access controls
• Deploy and monitor observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Grafana, and troubleshoot deployment issues
• Take part in incident, change and configuration management
• Document automation processes, create user adoption materials, mentor junior engineers and stay up to date on emerging technologies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field (technical degree preferred)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or related fields
• Strong collaboration, communication and troubleshooting skills, and ability to coordinate work across the software development lifecycle
• Professional fluency in English

Required skills

• CI/CD tools and best practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash or Python)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP a plus)
• Infrastructure as code concepts and tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Observability and monitoring solutions
• Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure knowledge
