Delivery Driver

About the role

Estrada International Staffing Solutions is hiring a driver in Lagos to drive company vehicles for deliveries, errands and official assignments. The role focuses on safe, timely transport of goods and personnel, with attention to route planning, vehicle care and the security of cargo.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles for deliveries, errands and official assignments
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods and personnel
• Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure prompt delivery
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
• Conduct routine checks on fuel, oil, brakes and tires, and report mechanical issues promptly
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage and vehicle maintenance
• Comply with traffic laws and company safety policies
• Assist with loading and offloading of goods and ensure their security during transit

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or delivery role
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks, especially Surulere and surrounding areas
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and reliability; ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
