About the role
Lagos School of Interior Design (LASID) is hiring a full-time Customer Service Support officer in Marina, Lagos. The role covers enquiries across several channels, lead follow-up and client record keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and email
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads
- Support digital marketing and social media engagement
- Maintain customer records and deliver an excellent client experience
Required profile
- Experience in customer service, sales and digital marketing
- Strong communication, persuasion and follow-up skills
- A proactive, organised and results-driven attitude
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- WhatsApp Business and CRM tools
