Customer Service Representative

About the role

Philinnovation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and empathetic support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Communicate clearly with customers and acknowledge and resolve complaints.
• Know the company’s products thoroughly to answer questions accurately.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Coordinate with colleagues and provide feedback on service processes.
• Manage a small team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum education: SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate).
• No prior experience required; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
