About the role
Adg Laundry Hub is hiring a Customer Service Attendant in Marina, Lagos. The role covers welcoming customers, handling wash, dry and fold orders, operating the point of sale and keeping the shop tidy.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, explain machine settings and assist self-service clients
- Manage wash, dry and fold (drop-off) orders by sorting, washing, drying and folding garments according to care instructions
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the store POS system
- Clean folding tables, wipe down machines, empty lint traps and keep the store tidy
- Resolve minor customer complaints quickly and report mechanical issues to management
Required profile
- A minimum of an HND in a related field
- Previous background in retail, hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication, a friendly attitude and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
