Customer Representative – Dispatch & Sales

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Representative to support Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals’ sales and dispatch operations. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that documentation, payments, and deliveries are handled efficiently and accurately. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high service standards and smooth logistical flow.

Key responsibilities

• Process Approved‑To‑Collect (ATC) documents, ensuring all required approvals are captured and records are updated in the system.
• Coordinate customer pickups, schedule deliveries, and manage accompanying paperwork to guarantee timely and compliant dispatch.
• Verify customer payments, obtain necessary release approvals, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Log daily dispatch activities, reconcile records with ERP data, and generate reports to support operational transparency.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales or dispatch processing.
• Proven experience with ERP or order‑processing systems.
• Strong administrative and communication abilities.
• HND or BSc degree in administration or a related field.
