About the role
Mayristics Enterprise is seeking a reliable Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment at its Marina facility in Lagos. The role involves routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and security duties to support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and dust surfaces.
- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash, collect recycling and dispose of waste properly.
- Perform minor repairs, change air filters, and wash windows.
- Lock and unlock buildings, manage alarm systems, and monitor safety hazards.
- Restock cleaning supplies and order new materials as needed.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with on‑the‑job training.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards.
