Creative Executive

About the role

The Creative Executive will lead the development and execution of creative concepts across film, entertainment, and brand campaigns. Reporting to senior management, you will shape visual storytelling and ensure brand consistency for high‑profile launches and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for movies, premieres, screenings, and promotional campaigns.
• Provide creative direction for scripts, storyboards, trailers, social media content, artwork and other assets.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and generate innovative ideas that engage target audiences.
• Coordinate projects from concept through execution, managing timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, design, and commercial teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
• Research emerging trends in film, culture, digital content and audience behaviour to inform strategy.
• Monitor audience response and performance metrics to refine creative output.
• Manage creative resources, external partners and contributors to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, Advertising, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in creative direction, film, advertising, entertainment or content production.
• Demonstrated ability to take concepts from ideation to execution.
• Experience working with creative teams, production companies, agencies, filmmakers and designers.
• Portfolio showcasing creative direction, storytelling, campaign development or film work.
