Content Strategist & Creator

About the role

FMR Agency is looking for a creative Content Strategist & Creator to shape and execute its digital storytelling across social platforms. You will translate business goals into compelling short‑form video and visual assets that drive engagement and support marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content themes, campaigns and pillars aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Research emerging trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube and turn insights into original content ideas.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot, direct, edit and produce short‑form videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok and other channels.
• Create supporting graphics, carousels and promotional creatives while ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain an organised content asset library and review all content for quality, captions and platform optimisation.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time, conversions) and use data to refine future content.
• Produce assets for paid advertising, campaign support and event coverage as needed.

Required profile

• OND or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in content creation, social media strategy or a similar role.
• Strong storytelling ability and visual composition skills.
• Proven track record of producing engaging short‑form video content.
