About the role
We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to join Muse Studio in Lagos. The position is full‑time and hybrid, with three days on‑site and two days remote, and will drive both online and offline community initiatives for our premium design and hospitality brand.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture an engaged community of architects, interior designers, developers and hospitality enthusiasts.
- Create, schedule and publish content across Instagram and other social platforms.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Engage with followers, respond to direct messages and emails, and foster positive relationships.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance brand presence.
- Monitor industry trends, collect feedback and propose improvements to customer engagement.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, communications or marketing coordination.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Organised, system‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Genuine interest in design, interiors, architecture or hospitality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Deep understanding of Instagram for posting and community building.
- Experience with social‑media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer).
