About the role

We are looking for a remote Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of our social channels. In this full‑time position you will shape how our brand connects with audiences and drives engagement across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate and schedule engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Manage paid social campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Optimise posts for visibility using SEO and SMO techniques.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and foster community growth.
• Analyse metrics, generate reports and refine tactics based on data trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation.
• Strong written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated success in designing and executing content strategies.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
