About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our client’s online presence across major platforms. The role involves crafting engaging content, driving paid campaigns, and turning social interactions into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using a comprehensive editorial calendar.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and direct messages promptly.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to refine strategies.
• Design, launch, and optimise targeted social media advertising campaigns for lead generation.
• Track ad performance, produce regular analytics reports, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with the content team on creative direction, video concepts, and campaign planning.
• Support the creation of post copy, video scripts, voice‑over scripts, and newsletter content.
• Analyse performance metrics, forecast growth, and recommend strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
• Oversee email marketing and newsletter initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with social media advertising and lead generation.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and reporting.
• Creative mindset with an eye for trend‑driven content.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks efficiently.
