About the role
Wow Effect Communications is hiring a Client Liaison Officer in Lagos (Marina) for a DNA testing service. The role is on-site and forms a key part of the client care process, making sure DNA test samples are properly collected and sent for testing.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure DNA test samples are properly collected and routed for testing
- Record test requests and test orders accurately
- Help patients on the phone or face-to-face
Required profile
- First degree, preferably in biological sciences
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resides close to the job location, on the Lekki-Ajah axis
