Carton Sales Representative / Senior Carton Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for motivated and result‑driven sales professionals to join our team as Carton Sales Representatives or Senior Carton Sales Executives. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding the existing base and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and acquire new customers to grow the company’s customer base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize company profit.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities.

Required profile

• University degree is preferable.
• Prior experience in the carton industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and target‑driven.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.

What we offer

• Salary: ₦80,000 or above plus commission (negotiable with experience).
• Accommodation available upon request.
• Three‑month probation period.
