Business Planning & Performance Management Manager

About the role

The Business Planning & Performance Management Manager oversees budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis to support strategic decision‑making at Dangote Cement Plc.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business planning guidelines, lead the budgeting process and validate submissions.
• Track budget performance, conduct cash‑flow forecasting, debt optimisation and produce periodic performance reports.
• Manage transfer pricing, related‑party reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support rollout of FP&A IT solutions and bridge financial and sustainability reporting to global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration; Master’s degree preferred.
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) required; CFA or FP&A certification essential.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance or strategy role.
• Experience in manufacturing or cement industry and multi‑country reporting is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Cash‑flow forecasting, debt optimisation and treasury operations.
• Transfer pricing, related‑party reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, and FP&A IT solutions.
