About the role
Axiva Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive new B2B and B2C revenue through outbound sales. The role is full‑time, hybrid (remote work with regular in‑office collaboration in Lagos) and focuses on generating qualified leads and supporting the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify B2B prospects through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- Run outbound campaigns and maintain high‑quality communication with decision‑makers.
- Conduct discovery calls, uncover client needs and schedule further meetings.
- Assist in proposal preparation, quotations and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and produce weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and represent the Proskilla brand professionally.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
- Comfortable making cold calls, sending cold emails and using LinkedIn for outreach.
- Clear, confident and persuasive communication skills.
- Understanding of basic sales concepts such as pipeline, qualification, objections and closing.
- Organised, consistent and accountable with a performance‑driven mindset.

What we offer
- Commission‑based earnings: 7‑10% on B2B deals and 3‑5% on B2C revenue during the first 180 days, with no earnings cap.
- After proven performance, a base salary of ₦500,000 per month plus ongoing commissions and bonuses.
