About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth, uncover new market opportunities, and nurture strong client relationships in Lagos. The role is focused on achieving revenue targets and supporting the company’s strategic expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging trends.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong business acumen with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM tools.
