Business Development Manager

About the role

Sunrose Consulting Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive corporate and B2B growth across its retail, fashion and FMCG portfolio. The role will focus on building strategic partnerships, securing bulk orders and expanding the brand’s presence in luxury and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in corporate, B2B and related markets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with hotels, restaurants, real‑estate developers, interior designers, luxury brands and event planners.
• Generate qualified leads, manage the sales pipeline and close corporate contracts, bulk orders and recurring business.
• Prepare tailored proposals, presentations and pitches for prospective partners.
• Grow existing corporate accounts and uncover opportunities for repeat business.
• Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, trade shows and industry gatherings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot emerging revenue streams.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Brand Strategy and Customer Operations to ensure successful client activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, strategic partnerships or account management.
• Proven track record of generating new business and delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Proximity to Victoria Island or its environs is an advantage.
