About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth and expand client relationships for a laboratory offering diagnostic services. Working closely with the Laboratory Manager, the role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and increasing market penetration to support the company’s long‑term revenue target of USD 150M by 2030.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the laboratory and diagnostic sector.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to maximize account value.
- Promote the laboratory’s diagnostic services to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager to ensure service quality, operational readiness, and client satisfaction.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform growth strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within a laboratory or healthcare environment.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Understanding of laboratory services and diagnostic offerings.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and align with operational teams.
