About the role
TalentPop App is seeking a remote Brand Concierge to provide end‑to‑end order support and sales assistance for its e‑commerce partners. You will interact with customers through chat, email, phone and SMS, helping them complete purchases, recover abandoned carts and maintain subscription services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product questions and post‑purchase issues across multiple communication channels.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase average order value.
- Conduct subscription recovery, abandoned‑cart follow‑ups and win‑back campaigns.
- Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges and cancellation requests while keeping a customer‑first approach.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling customer service via phone, email or chat.
- Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
