About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and drive process improvements. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and focuses on leveraging analytical techniques to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Utilize analytical skills to propose improvements and support decision‑making.

Required profile

  • HND/BSc degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business analysis role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Data analysis and visualization expertise.
  • Statistical and quantitative analysis capabilities.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools.
