Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead daily store operations, drive customer engagement and oversee sales activities for a retail outlet specializing in food‑processing equipment, commercial ovens and water‑treatment solutions. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will ensure smooth coordination between the store, warehouse and logistics teams while growing the branch’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures, greet walk‑in customers and deliver professional product presentations.
• Maintain a customer information database, follow up on leads, quotations and post‑sales support.
• Oversee inbound and outbound inventory, verify shipments, conduct stock audits and update inventory reports.
• Implement security protocols and coordinate stock levels across four regional branches.
• Recruit, interview, onboard and train sales staff; schedule daily activities and monitor performance.
• Conduct market research to identify B2B opportunities and develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
• Represent the company at trade shows, dealer meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months (3 years) of experience in branch or retail management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Experience coordinating inventory, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
